Description: After a car accidentally drove through the front window of Cantrell Gallery, the owners contacted me to paint a temporary mural in its place. After some consideration, I chose to paint a simple image of a team of muralists in my style.
I chose this subject matter to represent a new goal of mine: to paint small murals like this around town of works by local artists. Through this project, I rediscovered the joy of painting my own ideas at large scale. And while I love collaborating with organizations, as my works reflect below, I hope this new mural will mark a change in direction for my mural practice.
